When a plant needs steady heat between 300 kW and 2 400 kW, the BTN210-250GC/E BLU series from Baite Burners is one of the few units that can be selected, installed and forgotten—almost. The range is offered in two frame sizes:

Both share the same basic architecture, so spares and know-how move easily from one site to another.
Modulation choices
The burner in two-stage operation mode: mechanical modulation (GC) or full electronic modulation (GE). Switching from one philosophy to the other is a matter of firmware and one additional servomotor; no new casting is required.

With staged air and fuel openings in the combustion head, NOx is kept below 80 mg/m³ without external flue gas recirculation. The figure is verified at 3 % O₂, dry basis, natural gas.

Service and layout
The hinged combustion head swings open without tools. Fan, valve train and control box are mounted on a sub-frame that can be slid forward once two screws are removed. Each functional group—air, gas, electrics—has its own quick connector, so a faulty component can be exchanged in the time usually spent diagnosing it.
