Peruvian agent completes installation of four BT40GC gas burners
In a project completed earlier this month, our Peruvian partners successfully installed four BT40GC gas burners at an industrial facility. This installation marks another step forward in our local adoption of efficient combustion technology, and the burners are now fully operational and integrated into the customer's production system.
The BT40GC series, renowned for its compact design and reliable performance, was selected to meet the plant's heat treatment needs. Each unit is equipped with a modulating gas train, enabling precise control of fuel input and better response to varying load demands. These burners are designed for a variety of applications, including steam boilers, air heaters, and thermal oil systems.

According to the on-site technical team, with the support of our local representative, the installation process took only three days. The team conducted pre-commissioning checks, verified gas pressure, and performed ignition tests to ensure that each burner was operating within specified parameters. No major modifications to the existing infrastructure were required, which helped minimize downtime during the transition.

The customer had been looking to replace an older burner that no longer met efficiency and emissions expectations. After evaluating several options, they selected the BT40GC model for its balanced performance, ease of integration, and local support. The new system was expected to provide more stable operating temperatures and significantly reduce fuel consumption.

After the installation, our Peruvian agent provided on-site training for the facility's maintenance staff. The training covered general inspection procedures, basic troubleshooting steps, and safety procedures related to gas combustion systems. The client team appreciated the hands-on approach and clear documentation.
The project reflects a broader trend in the region, where industrial operators are moving towards more efficient thermal solutions. While this shift is often driven by regulatory or cost-related factors, many companies are also recognizing the long-term benefits of improved system control and reduced maintenance requirements.
Our local partner has been distributing BT products in Peru for many years, specializing in small and medium-sized industrial applications. Their emphasis on technical support and long-term service, rather than short-term sales, helps build trust with end users across a wide range of industries.

Four burners are now operational, and the customer plans to monitor their performance over the coming months and evaluate potential upgrades to other parts of the facility. Our agents will continue to provide support as needed, including scheduled maintenance visits and remote assistance as needed.

We sincerely thank our Peruvian partners for their continued professionalism and meticulous approach in representing our products. Projects like these may not make the headlines, but they play an important role in helping local businesses operate more reliably and efficiently.
